Anerio Miniature
Red Dachshunds

At Anerio, we are passionate about breeding exceptional Miniature Long-Haired Red Dachshunds, with a strong emphasis on health, colour testing, temperament, breed conformation, and maintaining the lowest possible inbreeding coefficient. We are especially proud that all of our puppies have a 0.0% Inbreeding Coefficient (ICO), making them an excellent choice not only as loving companions but also for carefully planned future breeding programmes.

Our aim is to preserve and promote the outstanding qualities of this beautiful breed while ensuring that every puppy is given the very best start in life. We carefully select our breeding lines to produce puppies with sound structure, wonderful temperaments, and excellent health, always keeping the future welfare of the breed at the heart of everything we do.

All of our puppies are lovingly raised within our family home, where they are surrounded by care, attention, and everyday household experiences from a very early age. We strongly believe that early socialisation is essential in helping puppies grow into confident, happy, and well-adjusted dogs. Each puppy receives individual attention and plenty of love as they develop their own unique personality.

The health and wellbeing of our dogs and puppies are always our highest priority. All of our breeding dogs are fully health-tested, and every litter is thoughtfully planned with great care and responsibility. We are fully committed to ethical and responsible breeding practices and continually strive to uphold the highest standards in every aspect of our breeding programme.

We are proud to be registered breeders with Champdogs, and our dogs compete in The Kennel Club shows, where they demonstrated the quality, temperament, and breed type that we value so highly.
